3. Ocean or Sea Air
Ever been to the ocean, sat down, to quietly listen to the waves just feeling satisfied and happy to be there? The ocean has a way of making us feel relaxed and happy. Seawater is rich in magnesium, which in turn allows us to relieve stress.
The sea helps improve overall health and well being.
4. Warm Weather
Who doesn’t love a little exposure to the warm sun? Well, guess what?
Even the sun has a ton of benefits! Warm weather has masses of advantages for humans.
Extra exposure to the sun brings on vitamin D, which helps growth in our bones and lowers risk of disease.
Warm weather can improve your mood and your motivation levels.
5. Outdoors In Nature
No matter what the weather is everyone knows that being outside in nature can improve many aspects in our life.
Outdoors is one of the fastest ways to boost your happiness.
Your vision and your memory can improve by being outside, as well as life’s satisfactions boosting. Being outdoors all day helps me sleep better at night!
It’s a really simple equation that no one can fight against. Being outdoors in nature, in the sunlight and by the sea in warm weather boost the immune system and offers us plenty of options to feel happier.
